Shipping Policy
At Prestige Cane Corso, the safety, comfort, and wellbeing of our puppies are our top priority. Whether you pick up your puppy in person or we arrange safe transport, we follow strict standards to ensure every puppy arrives healthy and stress-free.
1. Puppy Readiness
Puppies must be at least 8 weeks old before they can travel.
Each puppy will have received age-appropriate vaccinations, deworming, and a veterinary health check prior to departure.
A veterinary health certificate will accompany your puppy when required by law.
Health insurance coverage is required before any puppy begins travel. This protects both the buyer and the puppy during transit.
2. Shipping Options
We provide several options to deliver your Cane Corso puppy safely:
Local Pick-Up – By appointment at our facility.
Ground Transportation – Professional, licensed animal transport services for regional deliveries.
Air Travel (Cargo or In-Cabin) – Puppies travel in airline-approved, climate-controlled areas for pets.
Flight Nanny Service – A professional nanny can personally accompany your puppy in-cabin for added peace of mind.
3. Suitable Travel Crates
All puppies must travel in an airline-approved, secure, and comfortable crate.
The crate must provide enough room for the puppy to stand, turn around, and lie down comfortably.
Crates include proper ventilation, food/water bowls, and absorbent bedding.
Crates are included in most shipping arrangements.
4. Shipping Costs
Costs vary by distance, transport method, and service provider.
Standard fees may include airfare or ground transport, health certificate, crate, insurance, and coordination (These costs will be determined by the transportation service).
Final costs will be confirmed before travel arrangements are completed.
5. Buyer Responsibilities
Buyers are responsible for all shipping-related costs unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Buyers must ensure health insurance coverage is active before travel.
Buyers must be available at the designated time and location to receive their puppy.
Prestige Cane Corso is not liable for travel delays or cancellations due to airlines, weather, or circumstances outside our control.
6. Safety & Wellbeing
We reserve the right to delay or reschedule shipping if conditions (such as extreme weather or airline restrictions) may risk the puppy’s safety.
If a puppy shows signs of illness before departure, shipping will be postponed until cleared by a veterinarian.
7. Updates & Communication
We keep our clients updated throughout the process and provide:
Tracking or flight details.
Driver or flight nanny contact information.
Ongoing updates until your puppy is safely in your care.
